warranty & important info.
As I continue to grow my business and perfect my methods I appreciate any feedback on how I can continue to improve my product. I try to seek out industry quality materials to bring you a professional bag for half the cost.
Tryxtr Bag Co. has a 90 day warranty for the stitch/seam beginning on day of purchase. Material punctures, snags, frays or other damages are deemed user-error and or general wear and tear. Boiling bags and or using fabric softener (softener breaks down fabric fibers to make more flexible) to break in bags will void your warranty. You must be able to provide original proof of purchase to claim warranty. Warranty does not transfer if bags are sold.
